Jollys have served Orkney for almost 60 years and remain the number one source for premium quality fish and shellfish in the islands.
A thriving and well-known family business, now owned by George and Anne Stout, we source as much of our fish locally as possible and continue to use traditional methods to create our products. We smoke using our own kiln, while all our filleting and shellfish preparation is done by hand.
Our shop at Hatston, on the outskirts of Kirkwall, offers a wide range of fresh and smoked seafood, in addition to a host of other popular Orkney products, including cheese, meats, oatcakes and biscuits. Delicious hot and cold filled rolls, pies and hand made ready meals help ensure our shop is always busy.
We are also co-owners of The Brig Larder, a popular food hall-style shop in the centre of Kirkwall.
At Jollys, we pride ourselves on the personal touch and this extends to our growing online business, which serves customers around the country. We also supply several prestigious Scottish hotels, including The Balmoral, and numerous establishments in Orkney.
