Prime Orkney beef, North Ronaldsay lamb and Sanday pork are the focus for the Kirkwall based firm, which is also renowned for its extensive range of cooked meats, pies, sausages, burgers, puddings and haggis.

Over the years Williamsons has built up a substantial and well-respected wholesale operation in Orkney, supplying its products to local hotels, restaurants, schools, care homes and the Balfour Hospital.
