Orkney Food and Drink Development Manager, Edgar Balfour, said 'It's always a busy weekend but it's well worth it. It keeps Orkney at the forefront of the sector in Scotland and helps boost the profile of the individual companies taking part. We also love telling people about the islands and everything there is to do here, and the feedback is always very positive'.
